Want a Puppy? Make Time!

I just observed a domestic helper taking out the trash, with a silky terrier in tow. She dragged the dog along with her, poor dog had cling on for life when she lifted the garbage bin cover, cos the leash was looped around her arm. The poor dog just wanted to pee, but the helper looked as if she didn’t want to let that happen. Little silky had to take half-a-second pee breaks at each tree before being dragged away.
Stupid domestic helper.
Then again, stupid OWNER!
If you’re gonna buy a dog at least make time to walk your dog YOURSELF.
