It’s been too long.
I’ve not written a decent post for such a long time. I guess I owe my friends who are reading this a decent explanation.
Life got a little busy.
I’m still trying to take a break, a holiday, away from this little red dot. To recharge and to rethink.
I’ve had shit for internet connection this past 5months anyway…
Today marks a new beginning. I’m finally at a place I can call home for the next two years. The room’s a little small, you may call it cosy (if that makes you feel better, I know it should make ME feel better) but the location rocks. I’m so glad I found it for a decent price due to the rental hikes.
I hate rental hikes. I was beginning to like the last place I was staying at. Until the owner decided the new lease would see the rent almost double.
So this is actually just a post to say Spunky is still alive. She intends to remain that way for a while because the clouds in Singapore are great to look at on a Sunday afternoon. What more could a girl ask for?
I am deeply grateful to Pet, Neal, Ian, Mark, Ah- Chiam, my dear brother Jeff and Mr Robot for helping me lug all my stuff to the new place.
Back to unpacking now… I need to buy a cupboard.
