Hugs are wonderful.
I like to hug, I like to be hugged.
It was thought in the old days in America that babies shouldn’t be cuddled cos they didn’t want them to be too dependant. That children would be spoken to as an adult, no baby language, no cute shit. Nada.
The infant mortality rate fell only after a few nurses in a certain hospital decided to hold the babies a little longer while feeding them.
The power of the human touch.
The power of Discovery Channel.
The healing power of a smile.
